Collector successfully issues SEK 800 million under newly established MTN-programme

Gothenburg, Sweden – Collector AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: COLL)

Collector Bank AB (publ) (”Collector Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary to Collector AB (publ), established a Medium Term Note-programme with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion in February 2017. The first issue, a senior unsecured bond loan, of SEK 800 million has now been carried through.

The bond loan has a tenor of three years and a floating interest rate of three-months STIBOR + 175 basis points, which corresponds to an initial coupon of about 1.3%, with final maturity in March 2020. The interest from the capital market was large and the issue was oversubscribed. The bond loan will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea Bank AB (publ) is Arranger for the MTN-programme and has been Sole Bookrunner in connection with Collector’s first bond issue, and Advokatfirman Vinge KB has been legal advisor to Collector.
