On 10 September 2020 Collector AB (“Collector”) entered into an agreement to divest its entire holding in Collector Ventures 1 Kommanditbolag (“Collector Ventures”), which manages Collector’s investment business focusing on fintech, to NFT Ventures for SEK 330 million on a cash and debt free basis. The transaction required approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority which now has been granted and the transaction has been completed.

· Today, the Board of Collector has decided to make an extra provisioning for expected credit losses of SEK 800 million in connection with the closing of accounts for the fourth quarter 2019 · The Board has also decided to make a write-down of capitalised IT investments of SEK 150 million, which will have no effect on the company’s capital base · Operating profit for the fourth quarter 2019 is expected to amount to SEK -670 million, including total non-recurring items of approximately SEK 810-820 million, and adjusted operating profit is expected to amount to SEK 140-150 million · To strengthen the company’s capital base and fulfil current buffer requirements, Collector will carry out a fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 1,000 million during the first quarter 2020 · In line with the further streamlining of the company, Collector also intends to divest Collector Ventures · Ahead of Collector’s annual general meeting 2020, the nomination committee proposes that deputy chairman Erik Selin is elected new chairman of the Board of Directors

Collector enters into a new factoring and inventory financing agreement with Office Depot
Collector bank has entered into a new extensive factoring and inventory financing agreement with Office Depot Svenska AB. The transaction involves Office Depot’s operations in Sweden. The agreement concerns a new credit facility of approximately SEK 200 million. The factoring volume amounts to SEK 400 million per year.

Collector launches digital B2B payment solution– reinforcing its position as a digital innovator
Gothenburg, Sweden – Collector AB (publ.) (Nasdaq Stockholm: COLL). In the spring of 2017, Collector will launch new digital corporate services within B2B online. Future services within the area include: payment in instalments for companies, a digital service that allows companies to become corporate customers when making an online purchase, and invoicing that lets customers choose their preferred terms of payment.

Collector signs financing agreement with Rossignol
Gothenburg, Sweden – Collector AB (publ.) (NASDAQ Stockholm: COLL). Collector Bank has signed an extensive financing agreement with Rossignol. The transaction includes factoring and inventory financing for the Rossignol Group. The total volume amounts to approximately SEK 1.2 billion. The transaction has been previously announced on 28 October, in connection with that an agreement in principle had been reached.

Collector signs financing agreement with large European corporate group
Gothenburg, Sweden – Collector AB (publ.) (NASDAQ Stockholm: COLL). Collector Bank has agreed on terms for a financing agreement with one of Europe´s leading retail chains regarding factoring and stock financing. The total volume amounts to SEK 1,150 million. A principle agreement has been reached and complete agreements are expected within a few weeks.

Collector’s rights issue fully subscribed
The result of Collector AB’s (publ) (“Collector”) rights issue, for which the subscription period ended on October 11, 2016, indicates that 9,333,133 shares, representing approximately 99.9 percent of the offered shares, were subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights. Additionally, applications for subscription without subscription rights corresponding to 2,934,400 shares, have been received. Thus, the rights issue is fully subscribed. Through the rights issue, Collector will receive proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 513m before transaction costs.
