Compliance
Compliance is one function at Collector, which controls and monitors that the company meets the requirements of the Finansinspektionen (FI) which is the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, and supervises and monitors companies operating in financial markets.
Requirements that Collector need to fulfill include customer protection, market conduct, anti money laundering and other requirements relating to the permits issued by FI.
