As a consumer, you have several options to make a complaint to Collector.
What is a Complaint?
Complaints against a Swedish financial institution is regulated in Swedish law, Finansinspektionen regulation FFFS 2002:23. General comments or dissatisfaction is not considered in this context as a complaint. The definition of the Complaint is important because it sets the framework for how institutions should act on complaints.
